Critics Choice Awards | Wagner Moura e ‘O Agente Secreto’ são indicados ao prêmio

O Agente Secreto, de Kleber Mendonça Filho, rendeu duas indicações ao Critics Choice Awards, incluindo Melhor Filme de Língua Estrangeira e Melhor Ator para Wagner Moura. Os nomeados foram anunciados nesta sexta, 5, e a cerimônia está marcada para 4 de janeiro de 2026.

Moura também aparece entre os concorrentes de televisão. O ator foi indicado a Melhor Ator Coadjuvante em Série Limitada ou Filme para TV por Ladrões de Drogas, produção da Apple TV.

O reconhecimento reforça a presença brasileira na premiação. No último ano, Ainda Estou Aqui, de Walter Salles, representou o país na disputa de Melhor Filme de Língua Estrangeira, categoria vencida por Emilia Pérez, de Jacques Audiard. O longa de Salles, posteriormente, levaria o prêmio equivalente no Oscar.

O Critics Choice Awards, organizado pela associação de críticos de cinema e TV dos Estados Unidos e do Canadá, é considerado um dos principais termômetros da temporada. Realizado no início do ano, o evento costuma influenciar as campanhas dos estúdios e antecipar nomes que podem aparecer nas listas do Oscar.
